Winchester, VA

 Boyer Landscapes, Inc. installed the retaining walls, patio, landscape, and wood steps leading down the patio. The patio is a multi-level patio which creates separate outdoor rooms within the patio. This install was difficult due to the vast elevation change from the driveway to lower level of the patio. The patio is constructed of concrete pavers and the walls are concrete block.

Boyer Landscapes, Inc. installed the patio, sitting wall, outdoor kitchen, landscape, irrigation, and outdoor lighting. The project was interesting because of all the elevation changes at door and step heights. The Landscape Architect was able to utilize the elevation changes to an advantage by creating separate rooms within the space. The design also incorporates sitting walls that enable the homeowner to have over flow seating during a party. The outdoor kitchen features a 4 burner gas grill with a side burner, a working sink, cabinet space, and lighting. The cabinets are a stone facade with granite countertops.
